چکیده
Conducting fair and secure elections has been the heart of democracy since its birth in ancient Greece. To be more precise, act voting an essential significant component human societies, particularly for government municipal elections. Nonetheless, conventional method casting a ballot by physically visiting booth raises concerns regarding security process, as there have reported incidents tampering. tackle these issues, we propose online system that makes use Blockchain technology. By utilizing encryption hashing techniques, guarantees each vote. In our proposed system, smart contract is triggered when election scheduled, thereby facilitating efficient process. The need to modernize systems become urgent due increasing frequency volume voters. Despite challenges, fairness should not compromised. Therefore, modernizing terms ensure integrity elections, so voters can confidence electoral address this challenge, introduce Aqua, distributed implements multi-winner approval-based scheme, following AV rule, on Ethereum blockchain. Aqua supports both English Greek languages with committee sizes up three members. It user-friendly, cost-effective, accessible from any device Internet connection. based but it readily modified accommodate scheme size.

An E-voting Protocol Based on Blockchain
Because of the properties such as transparency, decentralization, irreversibility, nonrepudiation, etc., blockchain is not only a fundamental technology of great interest in its own right, but also has large potential when integrated into many other areas. In this paper, based on the blockchain technology, we propose a decentralized e-voting protocol, without the existence of a trusted third pa...
متن کاملMonotonicity axioms in approval-based multi-winner voting rules
In this paper we study several monotonicity axioms in approval-based multi-winner voting rules. We consider monotonicity with respect to the support received by the winners and also monotonicity in the size of the committee. Monotonicity with respect to the support is studied when the set of voters does not change and when new voters enter the election. For each of these two cases we consider a...
متن کاملComputational Aspects of Multi-Winner Approval Voting
We study computational aspects of three prominent voting rules that use approval ballots to elect multiple winners. These rules are satisfaction approval voting, proportional approval voting, and reweighted approval voting. We first show that computing the winner for proportional approval voting is NP-hard, closing a long standing open problem. As none of the rules are strategyproof, even for d...
متن کاملTransparent Voting Platform Based on Permissioned Blockchain
Since 2004, different research was handling the challenges in the centralized voting systems, e-voting protocols and recently the decentralized voting. So electronic voting puts forward some difficulties regarding the voter anonymity, the secure casting of the votes and to prevent the voting process from frauding. The Decentralized property of the technology called"blockchain"could have the sol...
متن کاملMobile Based E-democracy: the Ibb/pma E-voting System
In the field of electronic democracy, significant part of the research activity focuses on the ability to conduct secure and trustworthy electronic election procedures. This paper presents the extension prototype of an electronic voting system, called IBB/PMA Electronic Voting System that enables cellular phones and mobile devices to act as voting casting devices. The system takes into consider...
